What is your branding process like?
Timeline: The branding process takes 4-6 weeks, with 4 meetings scheduled throughout.
Before Meeting #1, the client will sign the contract and complete the Design Brief questionnaire.
- Discovery & Strategy: We’ll familiarize ourselves with your company, goals, and audience to develop a clear brand strategy.
- Meeting 1: Review the Design Brief, brand vision/inspiration, color theory, and font psychology.
- Meeting 2: Review mood boards and brainstorm taglines (optional).
- Meeting 3: Review 3 creative concepts and select the best option.
- Meeting 4: Finalize and refine the chosen concept.
What is your web build process like?
Timeline: Our web design and development process typically takes 1–3 months, depending on client feedback and revisions. We hold weekly check-ins to maintain progress and ensure alignment at every stage.
Each project begins with discovery and strategy, followed by design, development, and testing. Once approved, your site is launched and supported through our maintenance plans to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by project scope, but most branding and website projects take between 8–16 weeks. We’ll provide a custom timeline in our proposal after our Discovery Call.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, our process includes rounds of revisions to make sure the final result feels just right and reflects your brand accurately.

Do you offer website hosting?
Yes—we host most of our client websites on WP Engine, offering a fast, secure, and reliable hosting environment.
What graphic design tools do you use?
We use a mix of industry-standard tools to bring your brand to life. Our core design work is crafted using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). For website edits and collaboration, we use MarkUp.io to make feedback and revisions seamless. We also integrate tools like Canva (for client-friendly templates) as requested.
